Unimail (iOS, Android)
Problem
Over 10,000 students at GUC lacked reliable, user-friendly, and mobile-compatible access to their emails because university regulations blocked standard third-party clients.
Solution
Through direct student interviews I identified the gap and built a mobile-first client with a simplified, student-tailored interface and real-time push notifications. The app reached 6,000+ downloads, 4,000+ MAU, and a consistent 5-star rating while generating revenue via non-intrusive ads.
What I Did
Owned the full product lifecycle from user interviews and prototyping to iterative releases, strengthening my roadmap-planning, data-based analytics, and monetization skills.

Kalimat (iOS, Web)
Problem
≈300M Arabic speakers lacked engaging, language-specific word games.
What I Did
Designed and launched Kalimat (1,500+ MAU). Ran feedback loops with Saudi users to improve gameplay and interface. Introduced in-app purchases, gaining hands-on experience with user research, retention, and monetization.


Massar (iOS)
Problem
≈100M Muslims use Quran apps globally, yet most lack habit-forming features.
What I Did
Created user flows in Figma, wrote Jira tasks, and led another developer to implement features. This project helped me practice team coordination and turn behavioral insights into product features.

Drabble (iOS)
Problem
≈500K micro-fiction writers lacked a platform for 100-word stories.
What I Did
Launched Drabble to serve a niche writing community. Focused on building a polished experience and exploring how to design for niche creative communities.


Jazil (Web)
Problem
≈110M Egyptians lacked secure, culturally relevant crowdfunding tools.
What I Did
Developed Jazil. Led user outreach by onboarding charity WhatsApp group admins. This sharpened my communication and product localization skills.

Project Avicenna Series (iOS)
Problem
≈100M smartphone users face declining attention spans due to constant digital distractions.
What I Did
Released three mini-games based on attention, memory, and balance research. Turned cognitive studies into gameplay mechanics and collected user feedback to improve engagement.

Qahwa (iOS)
Problem
≈1M coffee enthusiasts lacked an interactive tool to explore origins & flavours.
What I Did
Built Qahwa as an educational app for coffee lovers. Curated data about origins and designed a fun exploration experience. This helped me grow in content curation and product storytelling.
